I am a founder and AI research scientist working on decision control and governance for AI systems operating under uncertainty, with a focus on high-stakes and safety-critical domains such as healthcare, mobility, and regulated infrastructure.

I am the co-founder and Chief Scientist of EyeTrustAI, a healthcare-first company building decision infrastructure that governs when AI systems may act autonomously and when control must escalate to humans. The work builds on more than a decade of research at the intersection of machine learning, uncertainty quantification, and real-world accountability.

Prior to founding EyeTrustAI, I led academic and industrial research programs across Europe and the United States, supervised PhD students, and collaborated with organizations deploying AI in regulated and mission-critical contexts. This background informs the technical and conceptual foundations of the systems we are now building.
