Code, systems and attribution
A transparent account of how Alejandro contributed to systems developed through supervised PhD and MSc research.
Most software systems associated with my recent research were developed within PhD and MSc projects under my supervision, in close collaboration with the respective researchers.
My contributions focused on:
- defining system and decision architectures;
- specifying uncertainty and control representations;
- shaping scientific questions and validation strategies;
- connecting individual systems into a broader research program;
- coordinating publication and collaboration partners.
Implementations are hosted in the repositories of the primary developers. This site links to those repositories and attributes the work accordingly.
These systems directly inform the design choices behind EyeTrustAI, particularly around when AI systems may act autonomously and when control must escalate to humans.
